Monthly Check-in I will be doing 2022 06 25

I got this from one of the mail groups I subscribe to.

I’ll try to do it at the end of each month

  1. What *matters* right now in my life? Am I dedicating the necessary energy to it?
  2. Are my current systems and habits aligned with my long-term goals? If not, what adjustments can be made to get into alignment?
  3. What activities are draining my energy or causing me to lose focus?
  4. What am I dreading or actively putting off completing?
  5. Are there any toxic habits or relationships that I need to immediately eliminate from my life?
