By most accounts the next silicon valley is in Israel where the most innovative of startups are now rising.
We are good friends with Israel and the same strategy that Singapore employed would be useful to us.
Get Israeli support and training. Implement a professional reserve army none of the ROTC bullshit but the more practical stuff like outdoor training and the like.

I just woke up from a dream where I was a bandit a robinhood type. The action sequences was early 90s late 80s. I died while being chased by the police through teachers village. It was a weird dream in the sense that I felt I was in the Ben tambling  movie except it was me and that I spouted liberal ideology.
