I have worked in IT for more than 20 years. Most of my work is for Philippine government agencies and government financial institutions. Lately my work includes generative AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What I have done<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I lead IT and AI operations at ConnectMD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I advise the SEC, the Privatization and Management Office, and the Quezon City Government.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I contributed to the UPPAF RESPOND project, funded by USAID. I led the technical, implementation, training and rollout work for <a href=\"https:\/\/consumercare.dti.gov.ph\/#\/home\">DTI CAReS<\/a> (formerly PODRS), ARTEMIS and PBRIS. I train teams on RAG and AI agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I review IT and AI setups. I look at the organization, systems, architecture and disaster recovery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awards: SEC Ease of Doing Business Champion for 2020\u20132021, 2021\u20132022 and 2022\u20132023.
