Less than 2 years before 2022 elections.<br>01. Identify places where a Vico or Jesse can win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>02. Find the Vico\/Jesse of that place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>03. Start citizen education. Ingat lang at baka ma redtag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>04.
