What I hate are those instances when people just dismiss a homegrown artist just because he or she sings in our own language and\/or just because that artist caters to the masses, in the process discrediting the talent that is required to produce such original songs. It doesn\u2019t have to be hip-hop. It doesn\u2019t have to be ballad. When it\u2019s a local artist sweating it out to write songs in Filipino, don\u2019t be an asshole and look down on the final work because it\u2019s jologs. Listen to it, then judge it.
