I didn&#8217;t have the time, this was somewhat comforting. PS I was able to do some warmups so the evidence is for what I did! hehehe!<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>More negative evidence on stretching<\/strong><br \/>\nFor Dr. [Stephen] Thacker&amp;apos;s paper &#8220;The Impact of Stretching on Sports Injury Risk: A Systematic Review of the Literature,&#8221; he and his colleagues pored over nearly 100 other published medical studies on the subject.
