Problem is, they\u2019ve becoming addicted to the power and momentum granted to them by driving the crisis. As soon as the current Crisis appears to have passed, they deflate, thinking, \u201cBlah, back to the normal,\u201d and immediately start looking for another Crisis. If they don\u2019t find one, they create it.
