It translates literally to \u201c<a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Idler\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Idler\">idler<\/a> or loafer,\u201d but the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Poet\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Poet\">poet<\/a> <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Charles Baudelaire\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Charles_Baudelaire\">Charles Baudelaire<\/a> defined it as a passionate observer. Yes, yes! I am a fl\u00e2neuse. I love just sitting and watching people doing what they do, and even more so when I travel. I do it in parks, I do it in museums, I\u2019m finally able to do it in restaurants. That ability took a while to develop but I can now just sit alone in a <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Restaurant\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Restaurant\">restaurant<\/a> and eat and watch people around me, rather than immediately burrowing into a book.
